Adopting a Friend
We require an application first to determine if the animal and the family are a good match. We then have a contract that has to be filled out. We do random home visits. There is a non-refundable donation on all animals All Adoption fees goes directly to help pay for medical expenses, spaying/neutering, vaccinations, vet boarding and food for our rescue animals. Adoption fees include the cost of the surgical sterilization as well as vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any application.
We adopt in Southern California Only, We do not ship Pets
Local Residency - with identification showing your PHYSICAL and present address.

Dogs and Puppies Adoptions $150-up, All dogs are spayed/neutered, Current on shots, Dewormed, Frontline on for fleas.
- The adoption fees for small puppies and young dogs are higher due to the amount of veterinary care required to prepare them for adoption. Most require spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and de-worming. The fee includes the complete vet care described above. However, we have not only covered this expense but have also cared for the puppy until he/she is ready for a new home.
- Adoption fees for younger dogs, purebreds or rarebreds are higher to allow us to help care for senior or special needs dogs who of require extra veterinary attention and stay in our program longer.
- Adoption fees do not cover specific costs for a particular dog. However, along with donations, the adoption fees cover the cost of operating a rescue group. We have many expenses incurred in caring for the dogs, including the purchase of dog food veterinary medications, supplies, and laundry detergent for washing bedding. Administrative expenses also must be covered such , phone bills, gasoline for transporting dogs, doing home visits, and paying shelter fees to get a pet out of the shelter. etc.
- We have no paid staff we are all volunteers
Dogs are not adopted as Guard Dogs or Yard Dogs. All our animals are adopted as companion animals and are part of your family. You must have a secure fenced yard.
